12 miles

We had a great trail ride today on the Marie Creek Trail just out of Couer d'Alene, Idaho back up in the hills behind Wolf Creek Lodge. Katie turned around so I didn't have a picture of her back. She rode Raven because she did not get around to having a coggins done on Abby. That was OK. Raven loves to go.
The sign where we go up the trail where it gets a little dicey if you are not used to riding narrow trails with a lot of switch backs. Poor Bea, she got so scared. I felt bad for her.

Bea's friend who came and rode with us. I did not catch her name and that is embarrassing.

Bea riding her mustang Cody. He would have done a little better if she would not have been so scared. She was shaking like a leaf.

Anyway it was a good day. Got a little warmer than comfortable but we all made it.
One of my blogger friends has started out with 1000 things she is thankful for and has challenged us to do the same. I will start with a few tonight and go on to others another night.
