This is a quilt top I have been working on for almost a year now.  It is all hand done.  Getting ready to sandwhich it and get it basted so I can start quilting.  It is for the next grandchild who gets married  I don't know who that will be but thats who it is for.  Notice in the lower right hand side of the picture.  Tazzy is peeking around the corner.
And this is what Tazzy did when I started laying the flannel out.  So I gave up at that moment.  She thought she was saying she was helping me and I was yelling (in my head) HELP.

I have been riding Sage most days.  That is where I am going as soon as I finish this.  She is being such a good girl.  Bob is sure its not the same horse that we took to Oregon.  I love my new saddle, it fits her and it fits me.  My knees don't hurt and my hips don't hurt.  My back a little but the knees and hips were what really bothered me.  Now just to get her on a trail ride and I will be completely happy.

We weaned Chico last night and neither he nor his mother seem too much disturbed by it.  Rosie was just done with him and had just about weaned him herself so it has been an easy process.  I will need to go spend time with him sometime today.

Blessings to you all,

Lea
