Oer the fields we go laughing all the way
Bells on Bob tails ring Making spirits bright
What fun it is to laugh and sing a sleighing song tonight
A day or two ago I thought I'd take a ride
And soon Miss Fanny Bright was seated by my side
The horse was lean and lank Misfortune seemed his lot
We got into a drifted bank and then we got upsot.
OHHHHH jingle bells jingle bells jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh
Jingle bells jungle bells jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh.
Of course that picture is not this winter, we have not had snow yet. I am not complaining mind you, I am not but I sure did have fun the winter that was taken. More fog and cold today.
I did not sleep much last night so took a couple of little naps today. Mailed the package to Tennessee and will have my cards finished before I went to bed. I bought the stamps so they will be ready to go in the morning.
Putting vitamin E oil on my hand has been working miracles. It is softer and healing over. I hope Dr. Horn does not object.
I know for some the holidays are not the most joyful of the year and I understand that, specifically my sister and her family that are facing cancer in my brother in law. That hangs over all of us but I still love Christmas.
Blessings
Love the picture, Lea. I love Christmas, too, but I know it can be more difficult for anyone who has recently lost someone or in fear of losing someone.
