
This is what Bob did today. He mowed hay. Each run was half a mile long so over and back was a mile. He is doing that in exchange for hay. I spent the day visiting with his wife. It was a great day. Not too hot but bright and shiny.
When Hazel was a day old I posted pictures of her. She is very friendly now and I was trying to get a picture of her. She wanted to taste my camera.

And one of the dozens of deer we saw on the way home. There were fireworks going off all over and they were really spooky.
We had a typical Fourth of July dinner - hamburgers, potato salad and baked beans. And watermelon. It was a fun day. The boys are still at Tom's. They will be home tomorrow.
